What Attorneys Need to Know About Federal Election Interference

The Help America Vote Alliance (HAVA) is pleased to launch our first Continuing Legal Education Course that will walk attorneys through what they need to know about Federal Election Interference and the upcoming elections. The course will examine the relevant laws governing Elections; the status of recent Presidential Executive Orders; and the legal authority, regulations and limitations of Federal agencies engaging in election activity, including but not limited to ICE at the polls, DOJ monitors, and the use of the National Guard. The course will conclude with an overall analysis of state legislative action.
