The Help America Vote Alliance (HAVA) is pleased to launch our first Continuing Legal Education Course that will walk attorneys through what they need to know about Federal Election Interference and the upcoming elections. We are pleased to provide this course for FREE.* Space is limited. This course will evaluate current topics in election law related to Federal election “interference.” The course will examine the laws governing Elections, the role of recent Presidential Executive Orders, and the current legal status of those Orders in federal court. The course will also explain any legal authority, regulations, and limitations of Federal agencies engaging in election activity, including but not limited to ICE at the polls, DOJ monitors, and the use of the National Guard. The course will conclude with an overall analysis of state legislative or legal action being evaluated.
